Jigging World Raptor Casting Rods are made for chunking and trolling both inshore & offshore waters. Built on a super strong and durable carbon blank, there is virtually nothing in our waters that these rods can't tame. The Heavy model is perfect for your inshore fishery where you can chunk and troll mojos and umbrella rigs for Striped Bass and even for Tuna when they are in close. The Extra Heavy model will be your go-to rod for your overnighters where you can chunk and troll for them beasts. You can put up to a size 30 reel on the Heavy model and a size 80 reel on the Extra Heavy model. If you're using offshore reels, we recommend getting the aluminum unibutt version. Both models are 6'6" in length and you have the option to choose between a standard shrink wrap butt and an aluminum unibutt #2 short. Aesthetically, a very clean and simple looking rod that boats unbelievable power.
