The Seaborg G300J-DH is a palmable powerhouse that enables anglers to comfortably target deep water species at depths exceeding 1000ft. Designed for deep dropping and deep jigging, the new Seaborg G300J-DH is the most advanced electric reel that enables anglers to fish the depths with both reel and rod in-hand, making this style fishing exciting and easy on the angler.
The adjustable JOG power lever enables the angler to control the speed of their retrieve while its integrated MagSeal bearing allows for continuously smooth performance. Featuring Daiwa’s newly developed MagMax G motor and ATD drag with a max pressure of 35 pounds, this reel is ready to tackle deep water grouper, snapper, and tilefish among a myriad of other deep dwelling species.
ATD DRAG
Daiwa’s Automatic Tournament Drag uses an improved drag grease that exhibits a low viscosity at rest, yet becomes more viscous immediately after drag start up. This reduces initial drag start-up inertia and combined with the structural changes of the ATD Drag System results in a smoother drag from the initial hook up.
JOG POWER LEVER
One finger operation, the JOG Power Leaver allows for instant, variable speed, and power adjustment without having to take your hand off the rod.
SWEPT HANDLE
Daiwa's exclusive swept handle moves the paddles closer to the rod's centerline. The result is less wobble of the rod and reel in your hand as you crank. That means less wasted energy - a more powerful retrieve.
